1st International Conference on Blockchain and Machine Intelligence Applications (ICBMIA) 2023 will be held in Kolkata, India in hybrid mode from 11th to 12th October 2023. This conference will reunite blockchain and Machine Intelligence researchers, who will share ideas, projects, lectures, and advances associated with those technologies and their application domains. Among the scientific community, blockchain and Machine Learning are seen as a promising combination that will transform the production and manufacturing industry, finance, insurance, e-government, etc. However, there is no agreement on any protocols or best practises that would outline how blockchain and AI should be combined. The process of fusing blockchain technology and artificial intelligence is still quite difficult. The Conference on blockchain and Machine Intelligence Applications (ICBMIA'23) is dedicated to promoting the study of cutting-edge blockchain technology, exploring the most recent theories, innovations, guidelines, technologies, applications, and tools of blockchain and AI for the industry, and identifying crucial problems and challenges that researchers and practitioners must address in future work. We wish to give academics and industry professionals the chance to collaborate on exciting areas of study and share their discoveries with the world.
